The Personal Information collected by us may include the following information: name, place of work, home/work address, credit card details, email address, telephone number, fax number, date of birth, gender, requirements regarding table booking and food delivery service that require relevant information to fulfill any special requirements.

At all times, the customer has the right to choose whether to provide Personal Information to Shang Palace. However, if a customer refuses to provide Personal Information required for certain type of service, such as name or contact information, it may not be possible for us to provide the full service as requested by customer, such as making reservation.

In connection with making order, you will leave the Website and go to a site maintained by Foodbooking.com. Furthermore, when making order through the site maintained by Foodbooking.com, you will be bound by Foodbooking.com’s Privacy Policy regarding the collection of information.

Please note that any information you provide to Foodbooking.com as part of your order at Shang Palace will be shared with Shang Palace for reasons consistent with how we use information collected directly through the Website.
